How does delivery work?

Your sauna arrives on a pallet by freight truck. You’ll receive tracking details, and the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. The driver unloads your shipment at the curb, then you can move the individual components to your assembly area. Our team is here to answer questions and help you prepare for a smooth delivery.

Is a heater included?

Yes. The infrared heating panels or emitters are included with your sauna. They provide the heat, so you won’t need to purchase a separate stove or heater.

Does this sauna arrive pre-assembled?

No. Your sauna arrives as a kit with prefabricated panels and assembly instructions. Plan for two adults to handle and assemble the components. You can review your model’s manual under Installation & Manuals before delivery.

What is the warranty and what is covered?

Five years of limited residential coverage on heating elements and qualifying electronics, plus one year on the wood structure. Manufacturer terms and exclusions apply.

The Venice is a roomy two-person sauna with everything you need for a relaxing daily session. Its Canadian hemlock cabin fits easily in a spare room, basement or home gym.

Six Low EMF carbon panels (5-10 mG) deliver even far infrared heat up to 140°F. You also get a bronze-tinted glass door, exterior accent lighting, interior and exterior LED control panels, chromotherapy with a red light feature and Bluetooth audio.

It runs on a standard 120V household outlet. Use a dedicated 15A circuit that no other appliance shares, so the heaters always get full power.

Venice or Venice Elite? Same cabin and features. The Venice is the best value. Choose the Elite if you want Ultra Low EMF panels (3-5 mG) for frequent use.
