At SisuWell, we work with trusted manufacturers and freight partners to deliver premium wellness products safely and efficiently across the United States.
Because many of our products are large, heavy, or custom freight items, please review the following shipping terms carefully before placing an order.
Shipping Areas
SisuWell currently ships within the contiguous United States.
Shipping availability to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, remote regions, or international destinations may be limited or require additional shipping charges.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days after purchase.
Certain products, custom configurations, pre-orders, or backordered items may require additional processing time.
Customers will receive order confirmation and shipping updates once available.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times vary depending on:

- Manufacturing lead times
- Freight carrier scheduling
- Delivery location
Most orders typically arrive within 2–4 weeks, though some products may ship sooner or require longer lead times.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Freight Deliveries
Many products sold by SisuWell are delivered via freight carrier.
Freight deliveries typically include:
- Curbside delivery only
- Scheduled delivery appointment
-Signature upon delivery
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate contact and delivery information
- Ensuring the delivery location is accessible
- Being available for scheduled delivery appointments
- Inspecting shipments immediately upon arrival
Drivers are generally not responsible for:
- Indoor placement
- Assembly
- Installation
- Removal of packaging materials
Delivery Inspection
Customers must inspect all shipments carefully before signing the delivery receipt.
If visible damage is present:
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt
- Take photos of the packaging and product
- Contact support@sisuwell.com within 48 hours of delivery
Failure to report shipping damage within 48 hours may result in the freight claim being denied by the carrier or manufacturer.
Shipping Delays
While we work closely with suppliers and freight carriers, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Weather
- Carrier scheduling
- Supply chain disruptions
- Manufacturer delays
-Freight terminal congestion
- Holidays
- Events outside of our control
SisuWell is not liable for shipping delays once products have been transferred to the freight carrier.
Missed Deliveries & Additional Charges
Customers may be responsible for additional charges related to:
-Missed delivery appointments
- Address corrections
- Rerouting requests
- Storage fees
- Redelivery attempts
- Refused shipments
These charges are determined by the freight carrier or manufacturer and may be billed to the customer if incurred.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
SisuWell is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Some freight shipments may require direct communication with the carrier to coordinate delivery scheduling.
Installation & Preparation
Customers are responsible for:
- Verifying product dimensions
- Ensuring proper installation space
- Confirming electrical compatibility
- Reviewing local code or permitting requirements where applicable
Professional installation is recommended for many sauna and wellness products.
