Warranty Policy

At SisuWell, we offer home saunas backed by their applicable manufacturer warranties. This policy explains how manufacturer coverage works, what customers should expect, and how to request assistance if a product develops a problem.

Please review the warranty terms applicable to your specific sauna model before purchase.

1. Manufacturer Warranty Coverage

Saunas sold by SisuWell are covered by the applicable manufacturer's limited warranty, where provided.

Warranty coverage is established by the manufacturer and may vary according to the product brand, model, component, intended use, and installation conditions.

SisuWell is an authorized retailer and assists customers with manufacturer warranty inquiries and claims. Unless expressly provided in writing, SisuWell does not issue an additional, independent product warranty.

The applicable manufacturer's written warranty governs its coverage, exclusions, and claim procedures, subject to applicable law.

2. Warranty Coverage Periods

Warranty periods are specific to the product and its components.

For qualifying products offered through our authorized manufacturing partners, published warranty terms may provide the following coverage:

Qualifying Indoor Infrared Saunas

  • Heating elements and qualifying electronics: Up to five years for residential use.

  • Wood structure: One-year limited warranty.

  • Qualifying commercial-use heating elements and electronics: One-year limited warranty.

Other components, including audio equipment, may have separate coverage terms.

Qualifying Traditional, Hybrid, and Outdoor Saunas

  • Eligible sauna-room wood structure, control panels, applicable wiring harnesses, and specified lighting components: Up to five years under the applicable published terms.

  • Stove or heater: Covered separately under the heater manufacturer's applicable warranty.

Other Models and Components

Coverage must be confirmed using the warranty documentation applicable to the exact product and model.

The periods above are general references for qualifying products and do not replace the manufacturer's complete written warranty or imply identical coverage for every sauna sold by SisuWell.

3. Warranty Registration

For applicable products, the manufacturer requires warranty registration within 60 days of the purchase date. Other products may have different registration requirements or deadlines.

Customers should complete registration through the official manufacturer registration process identified in their product documentation or provided by SisuWell Customer Support.

Registration may require:

  • Product model and serial number.

  • Purchase date.

  • Customer contact information.

  • Proof of purchase or sales receipt.

Customers are responsible for completing registration within the manufacturer's required period and retaining the necessary documentation.

Failure to follow applicable registration requirements may affect manufacturer warranty eligibility, subject to applicable law.

4. What the Warranty Covers

Manufacturer limited warranties generally cover qualifying defects in materials or workmanship during the applicable coverage period.

Depending on the product, covered components may include heating elements, electronic controls, structural components, or other specified parts.

The manufacturer determines whether a reported defect qualifies for warranty service under its written terms.

Warranty coverage does not guarantee replacement of an entire sauna when a component repair or replacement is an appropriate remedy.

5. Warranty Limitations and Exclusions

Manufacturer warranties commonly exclude damage or failure resulting from:

  • Improper assembly, installation, wiring, or electrical connections.

  • Failure to follow the manufacturer's operating instructions.

  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Repairs performed by unauthorized personnel.

  • Improper maintenance or cleaning.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Weather-related damage or moisture exposure outside permitted conditions.

  • Installing an indoor-only sauna outdoors.

  • Relocation or use outside permitted warranty conditions.

Wood is a natural material. Minor surface cracking, expansion, contraction, and other normal characteristics may not qualify as manufacturing defects.

Outdoor saunas must be installed and maintained according to their manufacturer's specific weather-protection requirements.

Additional limitations or exclusions may apply to individual models and components.

6. Warranty Ownership, Parts, and Labor

Manufacturer warranties generally apply to the original purchaser at the original installation location and may be nontransferable.

Customers should retain proof of purchase, product documentation, and the original serial-number information.

Approved warranty claims may provide replacement parts or another remedy determined under the applicable manufacturer warranty.

Installation, removal, troubleshooting, and repair labor are generally not included unless expressly provided by the manufacturer.

For applicable products, our supplier has advised that covered replacement parts and standard associated shipping are provided for approved warranty claims. However, some return-shipping, transportation, or special handling costs may remain the customer's responsibility under the applicable warranty terms.

For issues outside warranty coverage, customers may be responsible for replacement parts, shipping, and other service expenses.

Customers should not return defective parts or arrange repairs without following the manufacturer's authorization procedures.

Nothing in this section excludes remedies or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.
