How does delivery work?

Your sauna arrives on a pallet by freight truck. You’ll receive tracking details, and the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. The driver unloads your shipment at the curb, then you can move the individual components to your assembly area. Our team is here to answer questions and help you prepare for a smooth delivery.

Is a heater included?

Yes. The infrared heating panels or emitters are included with your sauna. They provide the heat, so you won’t need to purchase a separate stove or heater.

Does this sauna arrive pre-assembled?

No. Your sauna arrives as a kit with prefabricated panels and assembly instructions. Plan for two adults to handle and assemble the components. You can review your model’s manual under Installation & Manuals before delivery.

What is the warranty and what is covered?

Five years of limited residential coverage on heating elements and qualifying electronics, plus one year on the wood structure. Manufacturer terms and exclusions apply.

The Bergamo Elite gives a family or group of four a spacious infrared sauna with the lowest EMF in its size. Its 70" wide Canadian hemlock cabin fits along one wall of a basement, home gym or spare room.

Eight Ultra Low EMF carbon panels (3-5 mG) spread far infrared heat evenly across all four seats, up to 140°F. A bronze-tinted glass door, exterior accent lighting, interior and exterior LED control panels, chromotherapy with a red light feature and Bluetooth audio complete the experience.

It needs a dedicated 120V / 20A outlet, which is common for larger infrared saunas. If you don't have one where the sauna will go, a licensed electrician can add it.

Bergamo or Bergamo Elite? Same size, layout and features. The Elite upgrades every panel to Ultra Low EMF (3-5 mG vs 5-10 mG), worth it if several people will use the sauna every day.
